Ok, could have finished today but the autocombat god decided to keep the battle going.
It's progressing.
As things are right now, it could be over in the next turns but I obviously can't say for sure. So far it's going smoothly between the two of us in the manners and the progress. At some days we get several turns done, then it takes some days until one makes the next move but it shouldn't be too long until we're finished. Maybe in the next week or next two weeks?
But as I said, it's unsure, I'm not omniscient ^^

Wow these are ecaxtly the settings I initially used. Probably they changed back to default due to the change to a tournament map. I have both expansions, it should do fine.
I actually have done this before but I just forgot to turn it to tournament map, thought it was medium. Will rehost now. I hope everything will be fine then.

You don't own the DLC, right? Maybe then it's better that natnat hosts? natnat, could you please host?
And if it was you who needed to host again Zytozid, you were getting close but your geography settings are still not ok. 
Here is what would have needed to be changed (in bold):
Start town: Village
Starting units: Weak
Starting distance: Far
Roads: Few
Roaming units: Average
Treasures: Average
Cities: Few
Dwellings: Few
Ressource structures: Average
Visit structure: Average
Treasure structures: Average
Water Slider at 25%
Undiggable walls and Diggable Wall Sliders down to 15%
All other sliders left untouched at standard 50 %

Also: no need to give screenshots of the turn timer settings as your opponent can directly see it.

Hi Zyytoid,
There is 3 things wrong with the settings:
1. Its Medium map, and not Tournament map.
2. "Teams" need to be enabled, to prevent advantage of being an evil alignment.
3. Turn timer need to be set to off at beginning of game, to prevent game being stuck (since you are in position 2).
The first 2 would be considered agreement between players, so would be ok if natnat agree. But the third option is a no go.
So better make it right and rehost!

Re-opened the game again. Map was set to random, not to continents.
New map is on now.

I switched to the lower position so I am second in turn order.
We decided to set the turn timer to two days, because I will move in with my girlfriend and in the new flat there is no internet yet. I guess that's ok?
If there is anythign wrong with the options let me/us know. At best via a personal message, I see them faster, sometimes I overlook the system messages.

One week left to finish the round. Which turn did you reach? Is 1 day turn timer on?
Ok, could have finished today but the autocombat god decided to keep the battle going.
It's progressing.
As things are right now, it could be over in the next turns but I obviously can't say for sure. So far it's going smoothly between the two of us in the manners and the progress. At some days we get several turns done, then it takes some days until one makes the next move but it shouldn't be too long until we're finished. Maybe in the next week or next two weeks?
But as I said, it's unsure, I'm not omniscient ^^

Wow these are ecaxtly the settings I initially used. Probably they changed back to default due to the change to a tournament map. I have both expansions, it should do fine.
I actually have done this before but I just forgot to turn it to tournament map, thought it was medium. Will rehost now. I hope everything will be fine then.

You don't own the DLC, right? Maybe then it's better that natnat hosts? natnat, could you please host?
And if it was you who needed to host again Zytozid, you were getting close but your geography settings are still not ok.
Here is what would have needed to be changed (in bold):
Start town: Village
Starting units: Weak
Starting distance: Far
Roads: Few
Roaming units: Average
Treasures: Average
Cities: Few
Dwellings: Few
Ressource structures: Average
Visit structure: Average
Treasure structures: Average
Water Slider at 25%
Undiggable walls and Diggable Wall Sliders down to 15%
All other sliders left untouched at standard 50 %

Also: no need to give screenshots of the turn timer settings as your opponent can directly see it.

Hi Zyytoid,
There is 3 things wrong with the settings:
1. Its Medium map, and not Tournament map.
2. "Teams" need to be enabled, to prevent advantage of being an evil alignment.
3. Turn timer need to be set to off at beginning of game, to prevent game being stuck (since you are in position 2).
The first 2 would be considered agreement between players, so would be ok if natnat agree. But the third option is a no go.
So better make it right and rehost!

Re-opened the game again. Map was set to random, not to continents.

I switched to the lower position so I am second in turn order.
We decided to set the turn timer to two days, because I will move in with my girlfriend and in the new flat there is no internet yet. I guess that's ok?
If there is anythign wrong with the options let me/us know. At best via a personal message, I see them faster, sometimes I overlook the system messages.

Ok, could have finished today but the autocombat god decided to keep the battle going.
It's progressing.
As things are right now, it could be over in the next turns but I obviously can't say for sure. So far it's going smoothly between the two of us in the manners and the progress. At some days we get several turns done, then it takes some days until one makes the next move but it shouldn't be too long until we're finished. Maybe in the next week or next two weeks?
But as I said, it's unsure, I'm not omniscient ^^

Ok then if the game has started, please update its status to "Ongoing" with the dropdown menu on this game blog. That will facilitate the work of judges to follow games not yet started.

Wow these are ecaxtly the settings I initially used. Probably they changed back to default due to the change to a tournament map. I have both expansions, it should do fine.
I actually have done this before but I just forgot to turn it to tournament map, thought it was medium. Will rehost now. I hope everything will be fine then.

You don't own the DLC, right? Maybe then it's better that natnat hosts? natnat, could you please host?
And if it was you who needed to host again Zytozid, you were getting close but your geography settings are still not ok.
Here is what would have needed to be changed (in bold):
Start town: Village
Starting units: Weak
Starting distance: Far
Roads: Few
Roaming units: Average
Treasures: Average
Cities: Few
Dwellings: Few
Ressource structures: Average
Visit structure: Average
Treasure structures: Average
Water Slider at 25%
Undiggable walls and Diggable Wall Sliders down to 15%
All other sliders left untouched at standard 50 %

Also: no need to give screenshots of the turn timer settings as your opponent can directly see it.

Hi Zyytoid,
There is 3 things wrong with the settings:
1. Its Medium map, and not Tournament map.
2. "Teams" need to be enabled, to prevent advantage of being an evil alignment.
3. Turn timer need to be set to off at beginning of game, to prevent game being stuck (since you are in position 2).
The first 2 would be considered agreement between players, so would be ok if natnat agree. But the third option is a no go.
So better make it right and rehost!

Re-opened the game again. Map was set to random, not to continents.

I switched to the lower position so I am second in turn order.
We decided to set the turn timer to two days, because I will move in with my girlfriend and in the new flat there is no internet yet. I guess that's ok?
If there is anythign wrong with the options let me/us know. At best via a personal message, I see them faster, sometimes I overlook the system messages.
